Selling prices

The selling price of each product is shown on its product page and again at checkout before the order is submitted. The amount charged is the amount and currency displayed at checkout, subject to the correction of an obvious error as permitted by applicable law.

Charges in addition to the product price

  • Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, parcel size, and weight. The exact amount is displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

  • Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Unless applicable law or checkout states otherwise, import duties, VAT/GST, customs-clearance charges, and carrier handling fees are payable by the recipient.

  • A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. These fees are not controlled by TokyoLume.

  • For voluntary returns, return postage, applicable international return costs, and a 10% restocking fee may apply as described in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. The restocking fee does not apply where prohibited by law, including where a valid statutory right of withdrawal applies.

  • Any remote-area surcharge or other additional shipping cost not shown at checkout will be confirmed with the customer before it is charged.

Payment methods

We accept the following methods where available at checkout:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • JCB

  • Diners Club

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Available methods may vary according to the customer's country, device, and payment provider. PayPal is not accepted.

Payment timing

Payment is normally authorized when the order is submitted at checkout and captured only after product availability has been confirmed. The sales contract is accepted when availability is confirmed and payment is captured.

If an item is unavailable before payment is captured, the authorization will be cancelled or voided and no final charge will be taken for that item. A temporary authorization may remain visible until the customer's bank or payment provider releases it.

Delivery timing

Orders are normally dispatched from Osaka, Japan, within 1–5 business days after payment is captured. Pre-orders and products with a different processing time follow the timing stated on the relevant product page.

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

  • Economy International Airmail (ePacket Light): 9–20 business days

  • EMS (Express Mail Service): 2–14 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, peak periods, and local delivery conditions may cause delays.

Order cancellations and changes

Customers may request a cancellation, address change, or order edit within 12 hours of purchase. We will accommodate the request where reasonably possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered processing or has been dispatched. Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right under applicable law remains unaffected.

Voluntary returns

Customers must contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. After receiving our return instructions, the goods must be sent back within 14 calendar days.

Returned goods must be unused, unworn, complete, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, and parts. The customer is responsible for return postage and related international return costs. The original outbound shipping charge is generally non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee is deducted from the returned item's price, except where prohibited by law or where a statutory withdrawal right applies.

Customers must contact us and receive return instructions before sending any item. The return address may differ depending on the item and destination. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused where permitted by law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete goods

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery, with the order number and clear photographs of the goods, parcel, retail packaging, and shipping label. This requested reporting period does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law.

If we confirm that the issue is attributable to TokyoLume or occurred before delivery, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law. Where a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label when reasonably available or reimburse reasonable return postage agreed with us in advance.

Refund timing

After a returned item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund is normally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. The bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Sales conditions and quantity restrictions

Product availability and any product-specific sales conditions are shown on the relevant product page. Stock at Japanese retailers and suppliers may change without notice. We may limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an uncaptured order where reasonably necessary because of product unavailability, purchase limits, an obvious pricing or product-information error, suspected fraud, or legal, customs, carrier, or destination restrictions.

Policy details

The full conditions governing shipping, returns, refunds, statutory withdrawal rights, non-returnable items, customs, and payment are set out in the following policies:

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.
