台灣 — 關稅、稅金與低值免稅（ZH-TW）

貿易條件： DAP — 收件人負擔 關稅、營業稅(5%)、清關/代墊費。
運送： 自日本以 Japan Post (International ePacket Light / EMS，可追蹤) 出貨。一般 6–10 個工作天，高峰/海關 最長 2–3 週。

1) 低值免稅

• 郵政/快遞： 每票 完稅價格 ≤ TWD 2,000 → 免徵關稅、營業稅與貨物稅。

• 頻繁進口限制： 每 半年（1–6 月／7–12 月）免稅上限 6 次；自 第 7 次起，不論金額皆須納稅。

2) 逾越門檻

• 課徵 進口關稅（依 HS）+ 營業稅 5%。營業稅計算基礎通常為 完稅價格(DPV/CIF) + 關稅（若有貨物稅、酒菸稅等則併入計算）。

3) 備註

• 海關可能要求 身分證明/購買證明；逾時回覆恐 延誤或退運。

• 網站價格 未含 關稅、稅金與代辦費。退貨請標示 “Returned Goods”。

Taiwan — Customs, duties & de minimis (EN)

Incoterm: DAP — the recipient pays import duty, 5% VAT (business tax), and clearance/handling fees.
Carrier: From Japan via Japan Post (International ePacket Light / EMS, tracked). Typical 6–10 business days; allow up to 2–3 weeks at peak.

1) De minimis

• Postal/express: Customs value ≤ TWD 2,000 per consignment → duty, business tax, and commodity tax are exempt. 

• Frequency cap: Up to 6 duty-free imports per half-year (Jan–Jun / Jul–Dec). From the 7th, taxes apply regardless of value. 

2) Above the threshold

• Import duty (HS-based) + business tax 5%. Business tax is typically computed on DPV/CIF + duty (plus commodity/excise taxes where applicable). 

3) Notes

• Customs may request ID or proof of purchase; slow replies can cause delays/returns.

• Store prices exclude duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees.

• Mark returns “Returned Goods.”
